If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method. However it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping fees to get the item(s) back to the Boro warehouse and back again to the customer. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
At Boro Clothing our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time (all orders are processed for dispatch within 24 to 48h hours after the order is placed) and shipping time (this refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination). Delivery in Canada usually takes about 2 to 7 days. International delivery usually takes about 10 to 30 business days, depending on the country.
We ship with Canada Post, you will received a tracking number once your order is processed. Some very small order do no qualify for a tracking number, you will received a confirmation email once the item is shipped. To track with Canada Post : https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home
Please contact us so that we can take the proper steps to figure out why the package hasn't reached it’s destination yet.
Act fast! We will be happy to make change to your order, wether it be sizing, colour etc etc however once the order is shipped we can unfortunately cannot make any changes to that order.
